STSDS is dedicated to providing rental service to anyone looking for good quality dance studio space. Our spacious and professionally equipped studios are available for short-term and long-term rental, either on an ad-hoc basis for last minute rehearsals / extra sessions required, a performance or exam or on a longer-term basis (dance classes or regular workout sessions), subject to availability and approval. Whatever your needs; rehearsals, auditions, casting sessions, recordings, photoshoots, filming or ad hoc classes, there's a choice of two versatile studios at affordable prices. Fees are based on rental rates, provided services, labor costs, cleaning costs, security fees, additional staff requirements, and overtime.
Term & Conditions
Bookings | All bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the studio is needed and are subject to availability. We will do all we can to accommodate you at STSDS. |
Package Rates | Bookings exceeding 3 consecutive hours. ALL rates quoted are net and non negotiable. |
Payments | Payment for studio rental must be made at the time of booking. If multiple dates in a given month have been booked, all dates for that month must be paid in full by the first rental date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Renters will not be able to gain access to the studio rooms until their rental time for that day has been paid. |
Cancellations | Cancellations for both classes and rentals must be made within 48 hours, otherwise the reserved space must be paid for in full. |
Usage | Please see the receptionist before entering the studio. Renters must vacate the studios promptly at the conclusion of rental period, removing all tape markings, personal belongings, etc., from the studio, or else a surcharge will be applied. |
Upper Level Studio A
Measuring over 625 sqft, the Upper Studio is on the second floor and is accessed via stairs only. It is fully air-conditioned and full stereo system is installed. Our sound systems are CD, cassette, and Ipod compatible. The studio accommodates up to 10 dancers comfortably and are equipped with HDF laminated rubber-underlay sprung flooring and mirrored walls. Attached viewing room is available. Holding spaces and additional portable barres (first come first serve basis) are available on request.

Lower Level Studio B
Measuring over 2,000 sqft, the Lower Studio is on the first floor and is also accessed via stairs only. It is fully air-conditioned and full stereo system is installed. Our sound systems are CD, cassette, and Ipod compatible. The studio accommodates up to 40 dancers comfortably and are equipped with HDF laminated rubber-underlay sprung flooring, fitted barres and mirrored walls. Holding spaces and additional portable barres (first come first serve basis) are available on request.
