The Sole To Soul Scholarship Program (SSP) is intended to discover and nurture young talents in dance. The program includes dance (ballet, contemporary, hip hop), choreographing and teaching. The school works closely with each student to design a customized schedule to meet the needs of each individual. Dance schedules are individually designed for each student and grow and change as progress is made. This program requires dedication, motivation, maturity, responsibility, and a DEEP PASSION FOR DANCE.
Ballet For Boys Scholarships | STSDS is pleased to sponsor the Beginners Ballet Series For Boys Scholarship program. The program is intended to support and nurture boys's interest and training in ballet, in an environment that stresses hard work, dedication, focus - and a lot of fun! The goal is to allow and encourage boys to experience ballet in an all-boys setting. The scholarship is open to all boys between the ages of 4-9 years and is free of charge to those students able to fulfill the course of study. |
Outreach Scholarships | We are always excited to have the opportunity to reach out to the community and educate those who do not readily have access to the arts. Each the year, we will select students to participate in the program. Students are selected based on their natural ability to demonstrate movement with a high level of proficiency and intellectual competencies. Each student must attend a placement audition prior to admittance into the program. |
Dance Company Scholarships | We are pleased to offer an expanded pre professional program for students who are seriously exploring the possibility of a career in dance and/or performing arts. The program provides dancers the opportunity to refine their technical and artistic training while providing the necessary support and guidance to pursue a rewarding career in dance. These exciting and challenging classes require dedication and commitment from both the dancers and parents. Placement is by audition. |
