Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. For classes that are full, a waiting list will be maintained to accommodate other students if and when space becomes available. A non-refundable RM20.00 Registration Fee per student is required for all new enrollments. The Registration Fee, Refundable Deposit and Class Fee payments are due at the time of enrollment. Application will not be processed or confirmed until payment is made.
Student Deposit secures a position in the chosen class for the registered student. Our one-time deposit fee is charged to all new enrollees during registration. The deposit will be returned in full upon a ONE (1) MONTH prior notice to the anticipated last class. A student may request for a refund of the deposit within THREE (3) MONTHS from the anticipated last class, provided that the student has paid all outstanding fees. Unclaimed deposit fees beyond the period become part of the studio's funds by default.
All fees must be paid in full before the start of your class/course or at enrolment. You will not be allowed to enrol or attend until full payment has been received. The first Month's Fee (courses excluded) will be prorated to reflect the number of classes remaining in the month. So if a student enrolls in week 3 of the month for example, an otherwise RM80 class will show as RM40; that's because the student is only required to pay for the remaining 2 weeks of the month (i.e. weeks 3 through 4) and not the first 2 weeks that you already missed.
Subsequent Monthly Fee payments for each month will be due by the 7th of every month, no exceptions. Late payments may subject to "Late Payment Charges". The school reserves the right to discontinue the student’s classes for non-payment of fees where necessary. All payments are made either by cash or cheque payable to “SOLE TO SOUL DANCE STUDIO”. To ensure proper credit, please put the student’s name, contact number and class behind the cheque.

Attendance is imperative for consistent progress. If a student is going to be absent from class due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform the studio and leave a message before class time. If students know in advance that they will be absent from class, please inform the Front Office while making the monthly fee payments. Students will be allowed to pay the corresponding pro-rated (reduced) class fee for the given month. This request must be made prior to the missed class(es) by the 7th of every month, no exceptions. The prorate policy will be dismissed for all late payments. Late payments without prior or written notification will not be eligible for prorate. As a courtesy, missed classes without prior notification may be made up at a later, scheduled date. (See "Missed Lessons")
All students may enroll in two or more classes at the same time. When registering for more than one class, students are eligible for a RM10 discount off the total monthly fee for EACH CLASS when paid in full. This discount is not applicable for Short Courses and conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers or loyalty programs. Kindly consult our Customer Service for full details on eligibility for the discount.
